You may cancel your subscription at any time. Upon cancellation, you will continue to have access to PhoenixStream until the end of your current billing period.
If you experience technical issues that prevent you from accessing our service, please contact our support team before requesting a refund. We will make every effort to resolve the issue.
In exceptional circumstances, such as duplicate charges or unauthorized purchases, refunds may be granted at our discretion. Please contact our support team with details of your situation.
